A Graduate's Open Letter to Children Are People, Inc.

I'm Nyajuok Khan and I graduated in the Class of 2009 from Gallatin High School. I am attending Missouri Western State University and majoring in Biology and minoring in Psychology. I would like to take the opportunity to thank everyone at Children Are People for the support they have given me and all the other CAP students.

When I first started at CAP, I was just a seventh grade student with mediocre grades. With the help of Children Are People, my grades improved. I'd like to also thank the CAP supporters, the people who donate to CAP and make it possible for the students to go to camp and on trips. I'd also like to thank the CAP volunteers and give a special thanks to Mr. Bailey for starting Children Are People. I'm not the most perspicacious person out there; but, I learned from Mr. Bailey that with a good work ethic I can get things done.
